No Contract Lock In

You can cancel at any time during your billing cycle. For example if you have opted for a yearly billing cycle (to get the 20% discount) and you decide to cancel mid year, your plan will continue for the remaining of the year and will stop at the end of your 12 month billing cycle period.

We don’t, but you can try all our plans for free on their 2-week trial.

Can I change plan?

Yes that’s easy. Just get head into the settings page in the page and there look for “Your subscription”.

What happens if I get more calls?

If you expect your missed calls volume to be consistently higher you should upgrade your plan to one more suitable to your new volume. If this is a temporary increased activity you can simply purchase a pack of extra call credits. Packs start at $0.99 / call-in and can be bought easily from your account inside the app. Call-in credits bought in a pack are valid for a 12 month period.

Do I have to sign a contract?

You don’t have to sign a contract with us, you only need to accept our terms and conditions.

What payment method do you accept?

All payments are securely processed via the Apple App Store.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time during your billing cycle.

After canceling the subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Data and associated voicemail number(s) will no longer be accessible after that.

Is this worth it?

Ha! A receptionist – or even a virtual assistant – would cost you infinitely more, still wouldn’t be available 24/7, would take holidays, need training, and couldn’t speak 50 + languages fluently. So yes, it’s worth it!

Are there hidden costs?

No. You pay for the service (montly fee) and if you go over your voicemail credit allowance you can purchase extra credits at the displayed rate in your plan. Simple, no catch!
