No Contract Lock In

You can cancel at any time during your billing cycle. For example if you have opted for a yearly billing cycle (to get the 20% discount) and you decide to cancel mid year, your plan will continue for the remaining of the year and will stop at the end of your 12 month billing cycle period.

Tax Deductible Payment

If you intend on using the OnSilent Smart Call Assistant for your professional activity it’s very likely to be tax deductible. A Tax Invoice will automatically be sent to you upon your subscription.


Do you have a free plan?

We don’t, but you can try either of the Lite or Pro plans for free on their 7-Day trial.

How are the voicemail credits shared?

The voicemails credits are pooled and shared amongst the licences on the Team and Enterprise plans.

For example: with 4 licences on a Team plan the 4 users will have 110 voicemails credit included to share amongst them per month. If they run out of credits extra voicemails are then charged at the rate of $0.35 (ex. GST) per voicemail.

Can I change plan?

Yes that’s easy. Just get in touch and we will sort things out for you 🙂

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! We understand that things don’t always work as planned. To help you when you need it most you can choose to pause your subscription for up to 1 month during a 12 month period.

What happens if I use more voicemails?

At the end of the month you will be billed for the extra voicemails at the rate of your plan.

For example if you are on the Pro plan and have a busy month with 150 total voicemails processed you would have gone 90 voicemails above the 60 included in your plan and you will be invoiced an extra 90 x $0.40 = $36 (ex. GST) at the end of the month.

What payment method do you accept?

Stripe is our payment processor and they offer all major cards plus Android Pay and Apple Pay on compatible devices.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time during your billing cycle.

After canceling the subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Data and associated numbers will no longer be accessible after that.

Do I have to sign a contract?

You don’t have to sign a contract with us, you only need to accept our terms and conditions.

Is this worth it?

Ha! Well a receptionist or even a virtual assistant would cost you infinitely more and still would not be available 24/7, never goes on holidays, doesn’t need training and would not speak over 50 languages fluently 🙂 So yes it’s worth it!

Are there hidden costs?

No. You pay for the service (montly fee) and if you go over your voicemail credit allowance you pay per extra unit at the displayed rate in your plan. Simple, no catch!
