We help busy professionals keep their head above water by leveraging modern technology to process their phone calls.
The Problem Was Clear
OnSilent was born out of the realisation that tradies were spending too much time on the phone, which not only meant less time on the tools but also contributed to poor work-life balance and increased stress.
Although several software solutions were available, none processed tradies’ voicemails and missed calls efficiently鈥攖his was a gap we were determined to fill.
While trying to hire a tradie for our kitchen renovation, the difficulty in reaching them highlighted more than just inefficiency; it underscored the unnecessary stress this placed on tradies.
We knew there had to be a better way to streamline this process using technology.
So… we built OnSilent.

Pierre’s background includes founding WA based tourism business Heyscape and growing it to a fleet of 25 cabins across the state while Marie brings her experience from years at Australia’s #1 online tradie marketplace hipages where she helped the business grow to the ASX listed powerhouse we know today.
Our deep roots in technology and startups drive our focus on efficiency and innovation, enabling us to address the unique challenges of industry.
